Concierge Services
Access to concierge services is by way of membership of Gresham & Gritti.
Members access a range of personal lifestyle management and assistance services as part of their annual membership fee or at an additional agreed charge. Blue, Gold and Platinum membership levels each bring different inclusive services and offers. In this way, members can draw on the concierge service as little or as often as they need. As with the concierge at a leading hotel, there is nothing you cannot ask us to arrange and discretion is a core component of our service. Our concierge service has always supported the children of our Members in their education, through school searches and introductions. Our relocation service includes school selection as a key component of a wider orientation, registration and settlement service. However, in response to demand from non-Members we are pleased to introduce a dedicated Student Support service, open to both Members and non-Members, to assist students moving to a new university or college to quickly and safely settle in their new location.
Our Student Support package combines both relocation and a short period of concierge service. We support both the student and his or her parents to make student life a stress-free experience for all concerned.
ORIENTATION
We are able to advice students and parents on the education systems in relation to foreign students in different jurisdictions to help identify the right country and then the right establishment for studying. We then provide detailed information on the establishment and surrounding area to ensure a good cultural fit, with no nasty surprises!
ACCOMMODATION
Finding the right accommodation in a safe area which offers a vibrant student atmosphere, we help secure accommodation prior to arrival and can conduct background checks on other tenants in shared accommodation. Working with landlords, we are able to resolve any issues they might have over immigration status and references.
REGISTRATION
Moving to a new country can require a variety of visa applications and registration both pre- and post-arrival. We ensure that all necessary registrations are completed, including tax, health, mobile phone and driving licence registrations. As well as the student, family members may require visas for visiting potential colleges and on an ongoing basis.
Relocation Services
Our bespoke relocation service is designed to make moving home, particularly between countries, a straight-forward and stress-free experience. We want you and your family to start enjoying life in your new home as quickly as possible.
With our person-centred approach we ensure every member of the family gets to know the area, finds the right activities and connections and quickly becomes comfortable and established. A successful relocation is one where the whole family – individually and collectively – is satisfied.

Our relocation package includes a property search, whether you’re renting or buying. The search starts before you leave your country of origin , only tell us your needs and requirements, we then select a few properties for you to view via sharing photographs, videos and holding Skype conversations. . We can also help you find a securing temporary accommodation, or rental property and securing Tenancy Lease, vehicle search and furniture rental or purchasing, utility connection, assistance with Government registrations and settling in support over first 3 months..
Property Services
After moving in your new home, we will read the meters and inform the various companies that you have taken over tenancy. Or help you find new service providers for telephone and internet, Satellite TV and mobile subscriptions and other needed utilities at your cost. Depending on your needs, these facilities can be arranged at your cost. Or by providing you with quotes from various companies We can help you obtain • Quotes from reputable removal companies for your move. • Make arrangements for rental furniture whiles waiting for yours to arrive. • Arrange for you furniture stored for a period of time whiles you look for your perfect home Cleaning If you require some domestic help or a professional cleaner to clean your house prior to moving out. We will put you in touch with companies or individuals on our data base.
Education
Finding the right school goes beyond internet search. Every parent wants to find the best possible school for their children. It is our job to know the best schools and how to get in. We will arrange appointments for you to meet the staff and find about schools and other day-care options and assist with enrolment. We will also help you find extra- curricular activities such as sports clubs, ballet classes and music lessons and Private tutors if your child needs a little extra help with school during the adjustment period or beyond. We will also help you understand the Education system. University We will help you identify and apply in the preferred University There are certain grants and students loans to students who are eligible and we will help you make the application process. We also help with student accommodation if needed and equip it ready for the moving in.
Orietnation
Once you land, we offer an inclusive of assistance with airport transfer. Orientation An area orientation is booked at a time convenient to you. We provide transport to take you around the area, town, city and places to see your chosen area and get the feel. We will show you the potential houses and can also visit potential schools.
Event Management
Ensuring that an experience is pleasant, positive and memorable requires a huge amount of preparation and behind the scenes work. Ensuring that an experience is outstanding, inspiring and unforgettable also requires flair, imagination and dedication. Gresham & Gritti provide event management as part of Membership, or as a one-off service for individual events - both personal and corporate. Many corporate Members use a one-off event as an opportunity to taste the corporate concierge service through the management of an event where a pleasant and positive experience is not enough.

Blue, Gold and Platinum membership levels enable you to pick the level of service that is right for your needs.
Membership is by way of application or referral. If you would like an existing member to refer you for membership, please ask him/her to pass on your details to their G&G Personal Assistant. Should you be accepted as I remember of the Gresham & Gritti clientele, we will provide a bespoke concierge service, tailored to your needs and available when you require us; daily, monthly or only once in a while.
